Production and Shipping

Production Times

All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made. You can check more accurate delivery timeframes at checkout when placing your order. You will be updated as soon as your order has been shipped.

By purchasing any of our products, you agreeing to our production and shipping terms and conditions.

Shipping Times

We send all orders via Australia Post with tracking numbers from Townsville, North Queensland to customers Australia Wide. Please refer to your tracking details for the most accurate delivery times.

We offer two flat rate shipping options on all orders:

Regular Parcel Post: $9.50

Express Post: $15 (this will not speed up the production process, only the shipping)
