How will I mount my new Name Plaque or Wall Art?

We recommend using 3M Command strips to secure your new plaque to your wall or door. Please FOLLOW all mounting instructions on 3M packet. These can be purchased from Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths and all other similar stores.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5-7 Business days (not including public holidays) for your order to be made. You will be updated as soon as your order has been shipped. 

How do I care for my new Acrylic products?

• Handle with care. Please be carful handling and installing your new art as the acrylic can be fragile.
• If you notice any dust, smudges or fingerprints on your sign, use a fine microfibre cloth only to clean.
• Do not use Windex or other glass cleaners, as these contain harmful chemicals that will ruin the surface of your plaque.
• Our plaques are designed to adorn your walls, they are not toys, please keep them out of your little one’s hands. 
• All of our plaques are intended for indoor use only, please keep away from any dirt and moisture.

How do I care for my Acrylic Coasters?

 Dust only with a soft damp cloth or chamois, wiping gently. DO NOT wash, use cleaning chemicals or put in dishwasher!

How do I install my new Christmas Tree Star?

Please use the green chenille stems (pipe cleaners) included with you star to wrap around the stem of your star and secure to your tree. Alternatively zip ties can be used but handle with care as the acrylic can be fragile.
